DIBERITAHUKAN KEPADA SETIAP PENGGUNA (USERS) YANG TELAH REGISTRASI DAN AKAN MELAKUKAN PENYERAHAN NASKAH HASIL PENELITIAN (SUBMISSIONS) AGAR SEGERA MENYESUAIKAN PERANNYA (ROLES) SEBAGAI PENULIS (AUTHOR) DENGAN KLIK (CENTANG) DI HALAMAN DI PROFIL

PETUNJUK PENULISAN ARTIKEL

  1. Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan dalam media cetak lain, diketik dengan spasi 1 pada kertas A4 (top 3, left 3, bottom 2, right 2), panjang 10-20 halaman (2.000-6.000 kata) dan diserahkan dalam bentuk naskah dengan pengolah kata MS Word, ukuran font 12 dan menggunakan tipe huruf Palatino Linotype.
  2. Artikel ditulis dengan bahasa Indonesia atau asing dengan standar penggunaan bahasa Indonesia atau asing yang baik dan benar.
  3. Artikel yang dimuat dalam jurnal ini meliputi tulisan tentang hukum sebagai hasil penelitian.
  4. Setiap kutipan menggunakan running notes atau referensi langsung yang diletakkan di teks utama artikel. Gunakan style American Psycological Association (APA) 7th Untuk mempermudah sitasi gunakan Zotero atau Mendeley
  5. Tulisan hasil penelitian disajikan dengan sistematika sebagai berikut:
  6. Judul, tidak lebih dari 15 kata
  7. Nama pengarang (tanpa gelar)
  8. Nama lembaga/institusi disertai dengan alamat lengkap, nomor telepon dan e-mail (corespondence author)
  9. Abstrak, berisi pemadatan dari rumusan masalah, metode penelitian, dan hasil pembahasan (50-300 kata), dalam satu paragraf, serta 1 spasi
  10. Kata kunci (key words) maksimal 5 (lima) kata ditulis 2 spasi setelah abstrak (Indonesia dan Inggris), dan dipisah dengan tanda titik koma (;)
  11. Pendahuluan, ditulis secara efisien yang berisi latar belakang dan rumusan masalah serta tujuan tujuan penelitian
  12. Metode Penelitian
  13. Pembahasan
  14. Penutup, berisi simpulan dan saran dalam dua paragraf
  15. Daftar Pustaka, sitasi menggunakan style American Psycological Association (APA) 7th Untuk mempermudah sitasi gunakan Zotero atau Mendeley

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Reviewhave been followed.
